Then he struggles to know the strange nature behind the call, then he finds himself stuck within the situation. It is just like the high-stakes situation of life and death. His son and wife are taken hostage by Neena Gupta, playing the role of a troubled woman who acts out of deep distress. Neena Gupta playing the role of Seema Palwa lost her child due to some reasons. But she thinks a call operator is responsible for the tragedy. The trailer is similar to the plot setup of ‘The Call’, a physiological thriller movie by Halle Berry in 2013.
